About Drydocks World:
Drydocks is a dry docks facility located adjacent to Port Rashid in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Work was started on Dubai Drydocks in 1971 and the facility finally opened in 1983. Since it opened, the yard has repaired over 6000 vessels and has completed over 70 new ship projects.
It is the largest such facility in the Persian gulf and also has the Middle East’s largest floating crane.
