Duties and responsibilities
- The Relationship Manager will be responsible for working in a target-driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales.
- Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.
- Attend to inquiries (of the following nature: sale, re-sale, property valuation, property services, Dubai Property Tour…etc) professionally to maintain a high standard of customer service and generate extra income for the company.
- Formulate properties tailored to the needs of the clients.
- Attend Property events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, seminars…etc)
Qualifications:
- Min. of 8 years experience in Social Media marketing strategy development.
- Experience in working with a large cross-functional company
- Track record of developing and executing high-performing Social Media campaigns on time and within budget.
- Experience in using a combination of data and creative judgment to inform planning and tactical decision-making.
- Experience in building and running a social media strategy in GCC.
- Native Arabic speaking with strong English language command.
- Agency-side experience is preferred
- Working in the luxury products industry is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and Social Media Management software such as Sprinklr.
